OrderNau's core service is order fulfillment: warehousing, order preparation and shipping to the buyer.

Our warehouse is in Lisbon, inside the Schengen Area. Every unit received and dispatched can be monitored by our clients through our app, which sends automatic alerts for low stock levels, stagnant inventory and custom notifications.

During preparation, we integrate most selling platforms into our software to receive new orders and update tracking automatically, removing any need for manual work by the client. We offer a wide range of packaging materials so products ship safely and efficiently, always dispatched by the next business day.

For shipping, our carrier partnerships let us offer the most suitable method for each order. Clients can choose between delivery times, price points, tracking types and extra custom services. Thanks to our strong partnerships, we access shipping rates significantly below market prices.

As for costs, besides the shipping fee OrderNau charges a small per-order fee. The fee is regressive: the unit cost drops as your order volume grows. For orders outside Europe, costs increase due to customs documentation requirements.

We currently ship through Delnext, our main carrier, as well as DHL Express, DHL Ecommerce, CTT (Portuguese postal service) and UPS.

We also deliver to pickup points of other carriers and platforms, such as Vinted.

Order fulfillment is charged per unit with a regressive fee, and customs documentation is included as part of a slightly higher unit cost. The inventory management app is free for all clients. Invoices are sent at the end of each month, on a credit-based contract.

Import assistance and supplier price negotiation are charged as a percentage of the amount saved, with no fixed costs. Other services — marketing, web design, consulting — are priced case by case and should be discussed with us before any quote.

OrderNau takes full responsibility for any loss directly caused by us. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Stock safety.
• Orders shipped late or to a wrong address.
• Orders shipped with the wrong service (e.g. standard mail when express was requested).
• Duties/taxes charged due to inadequate documentation.
• Poorly prepared packaging.

We are not liable for carrier failures, but we handle the claims process and help as much as possible.
